Help?

I am 14 days late. Negative test. I’ve felt nauseous a lot more and more tired and extremely emotional. But otherwise normal. I haven’t been on birth control in over a year. My periods are pretty regular. No extra stress. I had what looked like implantation bleeding a couple days before my period. Then I cramped the few days I was suppose to have a period and had what looked like brown discharge when I wiped. I have no clue what’s going on. Has anyone else been through something similar ?
