I know I sound stupid but can someone help make out my ultrasound??? (I was 8 weeks currently 11 weeks)

The head is the round blob on the bottom right. The two tiny white lines off the main blob are the arms, theres a little leg on the right bottom side of the baby

The babies a blob at that point tail and all lol can't make out anything at 8weeks.
