Not showing at all

Hi guys,

Feeling a little insecure needing some reassurance. I’m 20w2 days and I have my anatomy scan next Friday (April 3). When I scheduled it I thought I would be nice and round, what a normal 20 weeker looked like. The area between my pubic bone and stomach (where my stomach over hangs) is still flat.

Wow never thought I’d say any part of my body would be flat😂

The doctor says he can feel my uterus by my belly button and i can hear the babes heart beat with my Doppler... I just see all the other 20 weekers and 18 weekers with a cute belly bump, and I don’t have anything
