I need advice as soon as possible.
My 8 month old is refusing naps lately. He only took one 30 minute nap and that's because I rocked him to sleep. He is still awake and it's 10:55pm. How can I get him to sleep? I have tried everything. I rocked him. I have the white noise machine on. I sang to him. I even let him cry to tire himself out. Nothing is working.
