Needing some help

OK so I'm going to start a small easy workout routine for myself to hopefully lose some weight to help my chances of getting pregnant. And if there's someone that could help with me with how much I should weigh to hopefully help me out. So my doc is wanting me to lose 15 to 20 percent of my weight. Ik I'm a bigger lady so please don't judge. But I weigh 330lbs. Alot from depression. And also if u have some ideas for simple exercises that I could do indoors without equipment that would be great to.
