Anyone potty training yet?

If so any tips on what worked or what age you think you’ll potty train

I started the 3 day method and it is extremely hard when my husband isn’t home because I have to cook and things. Any time I had to walk off for 2 seconds he would pee and I was never able to get him to the potty. He’s very interested but we’re just going kinda slow since we’re home. I’ll take him any time he tells me he needs to go but it’s usually after he’s already gone in his diaper. I always teach him the correct thing. If he poops in his diaper and its not all squished up, I will take him to the potty and dump his poop in the toilet and show him where it goes and then he will flush it. So it’s a lot of reinforcement, but he’s not 100% ready.
Having interest doesn’t always work because they need to get to a point where they will go a few hours without peeing, showing that they are starting bladder control.

My son was three when we started we did it in summer just so he was wearing shorts and it was easier to change him if he needed too, stickers have always helped with my son or little rewards! He stills wears a nappy at night but he’s absolutely fine now. Reduce drinks if their having a lot! Good luck

I used the Tiny Potty Training Book. We had boot camp for 3 days. About 2 weeks later, we have usually 1 accident per day. She has learned to pull her underwear up and down (still working on pants), wipe and dump her own potty.
She doesn't talk and we are still working on signing for potty so anytime she goes is because she initiated it. This makes me nervous about being out and about without a diaper. But due to coronavirus, that really isn't an issue right now.
