Does your baby sleep through the night without sleep training?

Wondering if this will ever happen on its own

Well I did sleeping training it took me like three nights and then she started sleeping all night! (This was when she was around 6/7 month) and then I became a happier mom cuz I can sleep!!!!

I’ve never sleep trained  and don’t plan on it. She usually only wakes up once a night now.  It’s a developmental thing.  They’ll sleep through the night eventually.

No real sleep training.   Once we put him out of our room he just did it.  We also have his room really dark at night.  He started at about 10 months.

My daughter started sleeping through the night at about 3 months no sleep training at all. We had a brief stint at around 9 months where she got a case of separation anxiety and didn’t want to miss out on anything so we did about 2 nights of the cry it out method and honestly it lasted maybe 15 minutes crying the first night and only 5 minutes the second night before she was back to sleeping all night.
Now when we put her in her crib she fusses for about a minute and sleeps through the night. Often days she sleeps longer than we do.

I didn’t do any “real” sleep training. What I did do was to stop taking him to our bedroom and stay with him in his nursery when he woke up. Also giving him the pacifier instead of nursing. That was around 9 months when I was starting to go crazy because instead of sleeping through the night he would wake up more and more often. It was tough for a few weeks but now he sleeps in his bed in his bedroom for 12 hours straight. The key was to not let him sleep in our bedroom anymore. He is a light sleeper and would wake up whenever there was a sound or movement.

Yes around a year old when my milk dried up she almost immediately started sleeping through the night. No sleep training. Happened naturally for us thankfully. Occasionally she will wake up once usually teething related but otherwise sleeps great.
