Calling all essential workers

I’m a Sales Manager for a major US bank. We are a call center environment and are considered essential employees as we keep the money moving so people can buy their essentials. As of now, about 2/3rds of our workforce is home on paid leave indefinitely due to their or their loved ones high risk status. For the remaining 1/3rd who continues to work we are doing our absolute best to show our gratitude. At this time, we have implemented dress down days, we now play music and take requests during all shifts, we have a set rotation of meals we are purchasing from small businesses in our area to feed associates daily. We have allowed unlimited overtime for which we are paying double time instead of normal time an a half. The few managers who are home are working all admin duties to allow for the managers still working to be a constant presence with active employees. We have ramped up building cleaning including using CDC grade cleaning supplies from a local business. We are also in the process of testing work from home options for associates so that they can feel safer and we can still serve our clients. Our company has pledged not to lay off for the remainder of 2020. They are giving 100 million dollars in aid. We are deferring payments on funds lended.

Needless to say, at this time, money is not an object for my next question.

I know we can be doing more. So what I would like from other essential employees is to know what your leadership team is doing to show their appreciation and keep moral up? What ideas have worked? What tanked? Help me help my team feel the love. Thanks!
