Positive test for Preelampsia - Advice??

I got blood test result back on Friday that I tested positive for predisposition for preeclampsia. Dr has put me on two baby aspirins a day. Does anyone have any experience with this? I am 14 weeks today (due Sept 29)

I'm on 1 a day and have already done a 24 hour urine test. I'm almost 18 weeks. I think it will be okay

I’m on one a day bc I had high blood pressure at the end of my pregnancy with my daughter so they want to make sure it doesn’t get worse this pregnancy.

I'm on one a day. Had Pre-E with my daughter that hit hard and quick. So I'm 14 weeks now and been on one a day for about a week. .

Im 14 wks 6days and my dr have me taking one a day since 12 weeks as a precaution because my blood pressure been high since my first appointment
