Acceptable exception for social distancing?

Okay so my parents washing machine broke awhile back, they can't afford to fix it. So we've let them use ours since then.

So now we're trying to follow social distance rules. So noone at the house who doesn't live there. But we've been making an exception for my mom to come once a week to do laundry. My parents are both over 60 and I worry about her going and sitting in a laundromat for an afternoon being exposed. My dad is laid off of work currently as is my brother. So noones leaving the house except for store runs.

Is this a good reason to make an exception? I feel bad not following social distance 100% but also worry about my parents.

We are not on a full lockdown here but are in state of emergency.
