First time using opk's

This is my first time using opks. I got them in the mail yesterday. I took one yesterday and one today. Yesterday's is the top one and today's is the one on bottom WHICH if I'm reading the instructions right, is positive. I've been having some mild cramping. We baby danced early this morning just because. My question is, with the positive opk, should we have sex again the next couple days or what do you guys suggest?
