So question I was on birth control for almost 6 months I came off of it the end of February got my period the 1st of March and my app says I should have my period three days ago as of today should I wait till the first to test?

Yes i would wait. Mother Nature could be a little behind this month because of stress or any number of things. I would give a few more days. If she doesn't show then try a test. Wish you good luck and baby dust!
