Probably won’t be able to go back to work

I live in Canada and I’m an aesthetician currently on maternity leave, my unemployment insurance is up May 23rd and I’m supposed to be returning to work.. but salons are currently closed and my son won’t be able to attend day care because they are also closed. There is supposed to be an emergency ei benefit coming soon for people who can’t work because of this pandemic but I’m getting worried and not sure if I’ll be eligible, I’m not sure what I’m going to do
