Nipples pink and raw

I exclusively pump and over the last few days my nipples have gotten so raw. I barely brush them with the towel or they get hit with the water in the shower and it hurts SO bad.

I use the Medela nipple cream everyday and it helped when they were cracked but it’s not helping with this at all.

Any tips?
