Would you be worried?

Maybe I’m crazy, but my husband and I have had some weird coincidences lately. For starters, I’ve had a nail in every single on of my tires, multiple times for the past few months. My husband works in construction, so I’ve been shrugging it off as him dropping nails out of his truck or something. But every single tire, more than once? That seems fishy as hell to me. Also, our dryer just quit drying a couple weeks ago. We couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it, we were about to get a new one but my husband decided to look the hose and where it connects to the outside. The hose was fine, but you know what was in the part that leads outside? Crumpled up Walmart bags! It was blocking the airflow, which I imagine is a huge fire hazard. There’s no way it was put there by an accident. I know it wasn’t there before, and I’m starting to get a little freaked out. My husband says I’m thinking about it too hard, but I can tell he was worried at first too. I do tend to overthink things a lot. But this just seems weird to me.
