Has any of you ladies doctor taken them out of work because of the Coronavirus ?

I work in healthcare and was to start 18 month maternity leave on the 20th of March. I asked my dr to take me off early due to the virus getting bad. She had no problem doing it

How do u get them to do that ?? Cuz you’re pregnant or cuz u have newborn

My doctor urged me to work from home if possible and I have for the past two weeks

My husband got taken off of work because he’s extremely asthmatics and he works in the public.

My doctor refused when I asked. Apparently pregnant women are at no more risk for contracting the virus than the general public
