Booger like cervical mucus?

I didn’t have my phone to take a picture, but just a little while ago I felt some cramps - not heavy like period cramps, but almost like I needed to poop kind of cramps. I went to the restroom and felt really slippery down there so I wiped and I swear it looked like someone just blew their nose or hocked a lugie in my toilet paper. It was long, thick, clear mucus and I’ve never had anything like this before... is this normal? Should I be worried? Am I pregnant? Please help
