Body shape
So I workout alot, just from home as I cant afford a gym membership as a student right now.
I have always had really skinny arms and legs and a large waist
I eat super healthy and workout all parts of my body but i hate how my body is so uneven! I hate how big my waist is compared to my arms and legs and i just cant seem to lose the weight around that area.
Anyone got any tips or reasons why this could be?
I hate it to the point i cry just even looking at myself in the mirror
