New born throwing up

My 3 week old baby has been spitting up/ throwing up a lot I tried burping her and she still throws up idk if her stomach is upset or it’s my breast milk making her stomach upset please any moms that have experienced this give me advice she has been pooping less as well yesterday she only pooped twice and today she only pooped once so far.
