In need of some words of wisdom

My husband and i have a 1 year old and have been trying for another for about 4 months now and have been struggling. I know many others struggle differently but I’m here for support. I had a horrible c section it was so bad with complications that I was hospitalized for 8 days after my procedure I’m wondering if any moms struggled to conceive their 2nd child after a c section. I’m worried something is wrong ive brought up my concerns with my doctor because he just doesn’t seem to care. I guess I’m more paranoid something went wrong and they didn’t tell me and it was also so easy to conceive our daughter. Just asking for some advise or words of wisdom.
