14 week old sleeps on me in day...can I change this!?

I’m now at the point where I need a break I want to do things and I normally can only when baby is happy which doesn’t last long 
Super clingy wants to be held or spoke to ect 
Baby sleeps ok at night it’s just daytime naps we haven’t mastered

My daughter slept in the same place both day and night and never got confused. We recreate the same conditions for night during the day and she’s has always been a perfect sleeper. It’s not to do with confusing night and day at that age but setting a routine for sleep regardless of where it is. 
Do the same for naps as you do at night. May take a while to adjust but will work well

I'm in exactly the same position and same age! He always naps on me of a day but of a night he sleeps through 95% of the time in his cot with no problems, only occasionally will he wake for a middle of the night feed.  Due to my husband being off work now with this virus going around, we have decided to put him in his bouncer for his daytime naps no matter what it takes (I also didn't want him to nap in his cot due to getting day & night confused!).  Granted, we have had a lot of crying but we literally just pick him up and soothe him then back in the bouncer, he has to learn 💪🏼 x

Do you recreate the conditions at night during the day? 
Have you tried putting baby in the cot to sleep or letting baby fall asleep on you and then put down into the cot?
