So I got my positive LH surge Friday and bd Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Today I’m getting really sharp dull pains in my right side. Can’t BD today or for the rest of the week as partner is working away. So does this mean that I’ve missed my chance of getting pregnant? I don’t temp as I’ve lost my thermometer.
