Help please

Hi,so my state (Louisiana ) doesn’t have any clinics that are preforming abortion anymore (in general... not due to Coronavirus) but I desperately need to get this done guys please tell me what I can do please no harsh judgment, I’m just stuck in a rock and a hard place right now.😣
