General anxiety
At the start of my state’s quarantine my boyfriend broke up with me and even though it was a 4 month relationship I still took it extremely hard when I know I did nothing wrong while he was the jerk. But once that happened I had anxiety and the post break up depression. I am managing the depression well enough but I have this anxiety. I have had meds and therapy before so I know what it feels like and I over came it. But now I’m waking up with a difficulty to breathe, I’ll have random intrusive thoughts and once again difficultly breathing and nausea, and the same before I go to sleep. Do you think this will pass or should I see a therapist? I already contacted my old office and they are now out of my insurance but telehealth at the moment may be able to reach my coverage.
