Faint line?

How early can you take a digital test? Period comes in a week. I took one today and it said not pregnant. But I took a clinical guard pregnancy test this morning and I received a faint line (below is picture of my clinical guard test). So I don’t know if I’m pregnant or not. Any advice would be great! Thank you!
