I am 7 months postpartum.

My daughter was exclusively breastfed, she now eats some solids and takes a sippy cup of pumped milk as well as breastfeeding.

For the last 10 days I have felt exactly like I did when I was pregnant with her. Fatigue, nausea all day, crying at everything. Plus it all of a sudden hurts to breastfeed and she has pretty much refused the boob for the last few days.

Of course though I took a test this afternoon and it was negative 😫😫😫 has anyone else had a similar experience and they ended up being pregnant? Or something else was causing their symptoms? I just would like to know why I feel the way I feel 😭

Oh ps my cycles have not returned but the last 2 months I have cramping mid month like my body was gearing up or something.
