Toothpase on Lady Parts

Okay this is super embarrassing but I remember accidentally getting toothpaste on my private parts around the time of conception. I’m scared this will have caused complications during implantation or the whole cell process. I’m just worried this will have caused issues with the chromosomes or anything of that sort. I just found out I’m pregnant too so I should be about 3-4 weeks... I may just be overthinking everything but I can’t help but worry
