In need of support

I had a TV US today. 6weeks 5days, we say that there is a embryo present but no detectable heartbeat. I was given another appointment to return in a week to see if one maybe present. Has this happened to any other mommas and there be a good outcome? My Dr also let me know this could be a MC or a belighted ovum?

Feeling very defeated right now, don't know how to quite put into words the right emotion. I went into todays appt with a feeling of dread. I'm not feeling very optimistic....
