Is vagina and penis a “curse word”?

My 3 year old step daughter was talking to me and she was saying her under wear were in her “tutu” could I get them and so I did but not before I told her that your tutu is not a tutu it’s a vagina! Her dad said not angry at all “don’t tell my baby that thats a bad word she’s too young”?? And it threw me off cause I’m like no it’s not it’s proper terminology and she needs to know the correct word he agreed and the conversation was dropped well today I scrolled on Instagram and seen this...

My question is what are your thoughts on using the word or teaching ur kids the proper terminology on their body parts?
