Pain in my spine after c-section.

So on the day of my planned c-section, I had planned to get a spinal. Well the spinal wouldn’t take because of the curve of my spine. They tried 4 times to place it.. all 4 times when she tried to pull spinal fluid (to ensure she was in the right place) she only drew air. When she did this, horrendous shocking and stinging pains traveled down my spine and through my legs. We did this 4 times.. the. I had a normal epidural placed since she said it didn’t have to be placed so deep. The epidural didn’t work for me and I didn’t go numb.. long story short I had to go under general anesthesia. Now I have severe pain in my spine if I try to bend over or if I hunch. It’s almost like my lower spine is locked. I asked my OB and she said the spinal doesn’t have lasting effects.. but I have never had back issues.. I don’t know what I can do. I can’t even shave my legs because bending over is terribly painful. Has anyone experienced this? Should I get a second opinion? I am six weeks PP
