22 weeks and starting to lactate?

I’m 22 + 2, and my nipples have been extremely itchy the last week. Just a little bit ago i was laying on my side ( naked because it’s what feels best instead pj’s lol ) and i noticed something on my arm that was kind of hardened, easily scratched off. I look down at my nipples and they had kinda of this clear but milky liquid coming out.

I’m assuming this is why my nipples have been so itchy? Also is it pretty common for it to start at 22 weeks?

What are good nursing pad brands to use?
