My boyfriend just gave me his virginity

We’re both 25 and met in college! So after 4 years of dating first 2 on/off cause ya know youth lol and after a trip as a mini vacay between schedules we finally did it. I’ve had sex a few times but was abstinent for the past few years with him. We’re very much in love and plan to get married once I finish my doctorate but I come from the idea that virginity doesn’t exist/matter.

He thinks that I don’t care that he’s “given himself to me fully and irreversibly” and I care! I totally cried after lol and we have been together so long that I have a whole new sense and love of non sexual and sexual intimacy but I get a bit overwhelmed with the horniness and kinks that he wants to explore that I’m always saying it’s okay we’ll take it slow cause it’s not a marathon but I have no clue what to do!? I think the horniness and kink exploration will calm down with time but with quarantine ugh I have papers to grade and write!

We’ve talked about it but my baby is alittle sensitive and thinks I don’t like having sex with him cause he’s nervous and wants to do a good job and I love having sex with him—understatement but he’s an incredible giver who only wants me to orgasm multiple times.

I’m hoping you ladies can help me understand better wtf is happening or what I’m dealing with I have never been with a recent virgin lol I think he’s just over compensating because I’ve had sex before and I enjoy sex and he wants it to be as amazing and exciting as possible because he’s afraid to lose me again.

He broke up with me all those years ago because ya know youthful confusion about being in love in the wrong moment and he hates that he nearly lost me and I’m pretty freaky but I just want him to know I love him, respect him, and am a very happy lady!
