Clomid or Femara?

Question

My OBGYN is giving me the option to try clomid or femara next cycle. Does anyone have any opinions on one vs the other? Is one known to be any more effective than the other? I’m so excited to start.

Clomid thinned my lining a LOT when I took it more than one cycle in a row. I also only ever got pregnant naturally on a clomid cycle (chemical pregnancy but maybe it didn’t stick because of my lining-who knows). Letrozole didn’t do that but made me feel like I had a uti the five days I was taking it each month. As long as you ovulate on the med, it works equally well.

Clomid worked for me. I’ve a 3 year old daughter and currently 27 weeks pregnant with second baby x
