My last period was different it was light and I noticed dark brown spotting a little bit of red but not that much my pads just had like a light pink stain or brown and it’s been a week that i ended what I think is my period but idk if it could be a early sign of pregnancy I been feeling really nauseous these couple days and then a little light headed could this be implantation bleeding ?
