Any babies potty training yet or anlready potty trained?... update:
I finally came up with enough patience to start the potty training. For a few days, I was introducing the potty and showing his seat and I would ask if he wanted to sit and of course, he would say no. I didn’t force him. Today I asked and he went right to it and lifted the lid. 🤗 about every 15-20 min I tried to sit him on the potty and of course, nothing. I eventually put his diaper back on because he started having an accident AFTER I took him off the potty. Let me tell you, he screamed and threw the diaper when I got one out. 😳he was okay the rest of the day and before his bath we tried again AND he went pee!! We were so excited of course. My plan for now is to try in the mornings, before and after naps and before bath time and before bed. I am really hoping he catches on quick. That will be awesome!
Since i am not working at the moment and not sure when I’ll be going back to work, I have considered potty training my son while I’m home to be consistent and to be honest, my husband is just overall lazy 😂 and he wouldn’t keep on it.
I have a little seat for him to put on the toilet and he seems interested until we get to the potty and then he just tells me no. Have have two older boys who picked up on it pretty quick when they turned 3. That’s when I was originally planning buuut like I said, I would rather take advantage of this time being home with him.
Any advice on what I can do to help him since he is younger than when my first two were trained?
Here is my almost 2 year old 😩
