Sciatic nerve 😢

Yesterday was a pretty rough day, stressed with helping my 7y son with his classes and having a 3y want attention. Wasn’t able to make dinner I spent almost all day helping my son with his work, on top of all that, I had terrible pain in my left knee by night time it hurt to walk, pain went up my thigh feeling numb and a burning sensation. I’m thinking it was my sciatic nerve which has never felt that bad I cried myself to sleep also feeling Braxton Hicks 😢😢 I didn’t want to wake up this morning because as I was waking up I could feel the pain on my leg.
