NEED HELP THINKING OF A GIFT!

Ok, so our one month is coming up. He accidentally told me what he was getting me and it’s I think the cutest thing ever. He’s really big with music and can play the piano like a God, and so he’s writing me a song, and putting it in a music box that I can wind up... so yeah, I’m lost as what to get him. Please give any ideas! I want something really sweet and especially memorable. ANY IDEA HELPS!!
