PLEASE HELP ! WHAT IS THIS ?!

I’m 30 years old with a 11,10 and 7 year old. I weight 370 and have PCOS. I’ve been on 1,000 mg of Metformin for a month. About 2 days ago i noticed this thick discharge . It was unusual. Having 3 kids I’ve never noticed it before. Has no smell and is kind cloudy and clear. I want this so bad to be ovulation discharge or even an early sign of pregnancy and that’s what google says but i also know with PCOS this would be too good to be true. I had my last period on the 5th of last month but before that it had been 3 months before i had a cycle but i also wasn’t on Metformin. I’m hoping metformin has regulated my cycle and i start on the 5th of this month or don’t start at all because I’m hopefully pregnant but again that’s in a perfect world so I’ve come to you to ask ur opinion. What do u think this is and do u think i should test ? opk don’t work for me because of PCOS
