Paragard removal, could I get pregnant ?

Near the end of my period I checked my IUD strings and they were very low and that’s never happened but I looked it up and it said it was due to my period so latter that day I had unprotected sex and that was on the 29th, I still made a appointment jus to get them checked out and it turns out it had moved lower in my cervix and and had to remove it and that was on the 31st, could there be a chance I could get pregnant??? I’m 16 and idk if it’s just me being paranoid and ridiculous.
