Extreme lactation!
When it comes time to feed my week old newborn, my boobs start spraying out milk. And no they don’t just leak.. they start “showering” milk. I’m wondering if that is normal? Will that stop happening for a while or will he just get used to the fast flow? And also how can I prevent a huge mess? I use breast pads when I’m not feeding and I cover his body with a towel while I’m feeding so I don’t get his clothes all wet but it’s still a huge mess and sometimes soaks through towels and still gets him drenched with milk.
