Dog jumped on pregnant belly

Hey ladies,

Today I was playing with my dog throwing a toy around when he got excited and jumped up at me from the right side putting his paws on my tummy leaving a red mark. I’m currently 14 weeks 4 days, and he’s a big boy! About 30kgs (66 pounds)

I’ve had brown spotting for about a week now but barely any, but I went to the bathroom after and noticed a whole lot, about a days worth.

Could this harm my baby?

Brown blood isn’t bad right?

I’m super worried as I had a miscarriage last year very far along.
