checked for dilation, now can’t walk. help😩

so i’m 37 weeks and 3 days and I went to my appointment today and she offered to check my dilation. and since i’ve been feeling lil man very low lately, I said why not🤷🏽‍♀️

well she checked me OW WTF WHY DOES 2 FINGERS HURT SO BADLY I DONT GET IT

anyways she said he’s still high up and i’m not dilated at all so I scheduled my next appt and left

but since I got home i’ve been in so much pain. like my uterus hurts soooo badly it feels like he’s soooo low.

I took a 4 hour nap and when I woke up I was in more pain. so hubby and I walked a little bit and then took a drive down to DC and I walked the few steps from the room to the kitchen and to the bathroom multiple times (got a big appetite and a small bladder 🤷🏽‍♀️😂)

but the pain is getting worst. it literally hurts so bad to walk and I have mild back pain from it.

is that normal for this much pain to come after being checked?

I haven’t had any issues after having sex hubby been home the last 2 days we been bored and busy. and we’re very rough during sex and no issues after at all since

what can i do? its not a sore hips type of pain, it’s an internal lower uterine pain.

(a weird little side note if anyone can also tell me wtf is going on😩 when I was doing kegals earlier, my belly pushed up. like I was in the toilet and I clenched my vaginal muscles and my belly pushed up a bit, Idk how) pregnancy is weird😩😩😩😩
