Birth control PP and pregnancy

So I am currently 7 weeks PP but I have not yet had my period. I am nursing but not exclusively. And my birth control I just started this month... should I be worried if I did have unprotected sex at 6 weeks PP, I know we are most fertile during that time but it was unintentional and now I’m kinda scared I’m pregnant again. Not because I don’t want another baby but because I did have a csection and I know it’s risky to have a pregnancy back to back because it takes longer to heal after a csection and there’s risk of miscarriage, and my uterus rupturing, plus low baby weight at birth and such. Anyone have any info? Thoughts? Advice? I did just have my first baby. And I have looked for information and called my doctor but because of the pandemic they literally ignore you and just blow you off if it’s not an emergency. It sucks not being able to get answers.
