All day yesterday I had a sharp pain in my lower abdomen and sometimes it would move down to my pelvic area, it was all located more towards the left. The cramps were nothing severe tho, it felt like a pinch, and it lasted all day.

When I went to bed it stopped and put my mind at ease a little bit, but unfortunately the pains began again, this time my whole belly was hurting. I experienced this off and on all night. I woke up this morning not feeling any better.

I need some honesty in whether or not I should be concerned. I feel like if I went to the hospital they wouldn’t do anything since I’m not bleeding at all. Has anybody experienced pains that lasted this long? I’m so heartbroken and terrified right now.
