Testing in NH

Hi ladies. I’m very early on in pregnancy. I’ve smoked to ease my extreme nauseous as nothing else is helping and I heard today that they’ll test you and the baby when labor/born and can take your children away from you. Do any of you know about this in General or New Hampshire?
