Well endowed man and IUD

So every time I google this it’s just about “rough sex.”

Yeah well my question is oddly specific and I might be a dumb bitch but it doesn’t hurt to ask. I’d rather ask an anonymous app than inform my gynecologist that my sex partner has a giant wiener.

He does, and we have really rough sex. I get my guts rearranged. I seriously get nervous during and after sex that this is going to dislodge my IUD and make it migrate into the uterine wall. I’m like “oh god my IUD is getting beat to death.”

Anyone know anything about this? I know I’m ridiculous but I want to end my anxiety over this
