When can my baby drink juice ?

My baby has been having trouble pooping w hard stools I was wondering if I could give him juice yet he’s 14 weeks this Tuesday 
And if yes how much can I give him?
I emailed his dr but won’t have a reply till tomorrow

14 weeks is super early for juice unless directed to by your pediatrician. I would just wait for their response.

I’ve only given my daughter juice twice in her life but I don’t think I have it to her until after 3m and it was at the direction of her doctor bc she was constipated from her formula.  Call the pediatrician and speak to the on call doctor.  Don’t take advice from the internet on this.

There is no reason for juice at all, but especially not before 1. Do not give your infant juice.

My son has really bad constipation and at his 1 month appt his pediatrician said I can give him an oz of prune juice up to 2 times a day if I needed. Gerber has apple prune juice in the baby section.  I would wait for your pediatrician to confirm that it's okay for your baby. When my other son was really really constipated we would take a rectal thermometer and lube it up and stick it in his butt and move it a little and remove it. He would poop within an hour. Both of my kids have always had really bad constipation issues so I'm no stranger to it.
