Took 12 days straight of baby having a fever and 3 video calls for them to finally say “ok he needs to be seen” the doctors would not see him at the office due to him having a cough and fever. They finally realized he needed to be seen in person and we were sent to urgent care which is now only open for those with respiratory symptoms. I was afraid to go in there and be exposed to the virus but what other choice did I have. They found a double ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. This was Friday so now we are on day 14 with fevers still, he is fussy he is tired and is fighting his sleep which I’m sure leap 6 plays a role in all this. So Mama is also tired and wanting to cry! He fought his sleep for 2.5 hours last night and I just had to walk away because I felt myself about to lose it. This too shall pass right?!! 😩
