It it normal?

I breastfeed but I'm wanting to switch to formula. I tried similac sensitive and then he did not poop for a day and a half so I worried it was hard on his tummy. Is it normal to not poop when you switch to formula?

Yes normal. The belly has to adjust.
I would do a similac pro because it has HMO which is a prebiotic found in breast milk. I do half breast milk half similac pro sensitive. 
I mix the water and powder first then add the breast milk. I also add 2 1/2 gripe water, which my dr said is fine.

My daughter only pooped every 3-4 days when she was on formula. It's normal as long as baby isn't in pain (struggling to poop, hard poop, etc).

It it normal?
