20 years old & TTC for a year

I haven’t been on any birth control since last June when my husband and I decided to start trying. My cycles seem to just keep getting longer and longer. I called the GYNO and they can’t get me in until August. 😥 with the nuvaring my cycle was really regular. I’m really worried something’s wrong or I have PCOS. WHAT CAN I DO. 😥 I really would appreciate any advice.

Also, I’ve tried OPKs, and failed to do them daily. (My work schedule changes constantly) But every time I did the levels always looked the exact same. So I stopped and have just Been waiting ever since.
